Please chipset temperature

Are you sure your motherboard is capable of measuring chipset temperature? Is there any software (made by Gigabyte or someone else) that can measure it?

motherboard got capable of measuring chipset temperature. I have software(HW Monitor) but i don't use it,coz i use aida sensor panel

Please post a screen shot of HWMonitor to show us how it labels the chipset temperature readings, and what temperature values does it show for it.

I'm afraid that's not the chipset temperature, just a non-utilized temperature rail in your sensor chip. You can verify that in the BIOS Setup, where on the PC Health Status page you will only find the same 2 readings that AIDA64 also displays on its Sensor page.
