Good afternoon.
Aida Business Edition version 2.80.2300.

It is not true is the date of the last anti-virus updates.

I see message: Virus database is 549 days old.

On every client determines that an outdated 500 days or more. Help me find where I can change the settings of the program to win this bag.

Thank you.

I apologize. Really missed the most important. Sorry, corrected by:
antivirus software - Simantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.2015.2015.

AIDA is installed on Windows Server 2008 Standart SP2 (ver. 6.0 Build 6002)
Client operating system - Windows 7 Professional.

Apparently, we have exactly the same problem, as well as our colleagues in this post:

http://forums.aida64.com/topic/763-incorrect-date-of-symantec-endpoint-protection-virus-database/?hl=virus

Could not find this post right away, I'm sorry, or would ask the question directly to the branch.

However, as I see, the problem is not solved? (

We'll try to reproduce the reported issues with Endpoint Protection 12.1.  I'll let you know in this forum topic once we have an update.

BTW, on your client computers do you have a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Endpoint Protection installed?  Is it installed for all users, or per user?  Was Endpoint Protection installed as Managed Client or Unmanaged Client?  Do your client users have administrator privileges on their Windows 7 Pro based computers?

All users - administrators. Windows both 32 and 64 bit clients.

We solved the problem in the following way: Since we do not need notification of fresh anti-virus, we are in the file section Aida.ini viralert just the first value set to zero - do not notify. All, the problem is solved.
But, gentlemen, what you are selling crude product does not do you honor.
Thank you for your help.

We would be happy to fix the bug you discovered, but first we need to reproduce the issue in our own network.  And in order to do that, we need the information I've asked for above.  You missed one of my questions, so if possible, please indicate your system configuration on:

"Was Endpoint Protection installed as Managed Client or Unmanaged Client?"

Thank you for your time.
