  1. **update** It appears that this may be a motherboard issue since I can not get voltages or temps from my dimm slots even using hwinfo or cpuz while the bios does show them. Let me know if you see anything in the dump files that indicate an issue.
  2. I have a Asus Z690 Apex with a 12900K and DDR5 memory. I don't seem to have any DIMM temps for either one of my 2 slots. They were there once and now are missing and I do have the option selected in stability options. Temps do show in the bios but not aida64. Also regarding core temps, they are there and they all disappear at random times usually for a second or to then reappear again. They is not normal. I have attached isa and ec dumps in case. Let me know if there is anything else you need. EC Dump Z690 Apex.txt isa sensor dump Apex.txt
  3. It appears to work now. I thought I had this enabled with my Apex XI but I guess when I switched motherboards and reinstalled, I needed to re enable it. Thanks as always Fiery.
  4. Hi Fiery. Have a new Asus Maximus XII Extreme motherboard. It should be able to read DIMM temps but there are none to see but HW info shows DIMM temps. I don't know if there is anything else to be read that may be missing. Could you let me know? Dumps are attached. ecdumpMXIIE.txt isasensordumpMXIIE.txt
  5. That worked. Thanks again Fiery for help, it's appreciated! Everything works perfectly. Well done.
  6. Thanks Fiery. The vrm and pch temps are back. HW iinfo shows temps for the two dimm slots as well. Is this something that can be measured as well? See screenshot.
  7. Hi Fiery it's me again with a new motherboard. This new Asus Maximus XI Apex is missing some sensors. Vrm and possibly pcie temps. There may be others. I am attaching the ec dump as well as the isa dump files for you. Let me know. As always I appreciate your help. ecdump.txt isasensordump.txt
  8. The vrm and pch temps are back now with this version. Thanks so much Fiery. It appears the vrm temp is reading correctly as well at least on this model. Running a fpu stress test for 10 minutes I get core temps of mid 60's to low 70's under water of course with the cpu pulling 200 watts. Vrm temps under load show about 42C which is accurate since the ambient is cool now this time of year. Seems like the Extreme version is definitely more efficient than the Hero due to better vrm. Again thanks for the help Fiery, it's very much appreciated.
  9. Hi again Fiery. Got this new Maximus XI Extreme Z390 . All sensor readings appear to be there except for the vrm and pch sensor. There is a sensor reading for the motherboard but the other two are missing. I have attached the isadump and ecdump files for you to work your magic. Thanks in advance for any help. ecdump.txt isasensordump.txt
  10. Hi again Fiery. Got this new Maximus XI Hero Z390 to replace the Hero X Z370 I had. All sensor readings appear to be there carried over from the Hero X except for the vrm sensor. It appeared in the bios but not in Aida64. There is a sensor reading for the motherboard but there is also a new sensor reading that says "Temperature #1 (motherboard)" I have attached the isadump and ecdump files for you. Thanks in advance for any help. ecdump.txt isasensordump.txt
  11. I just received and installed a new Asus Maximus X Hero non WiFi version. It came with bios 0505. I updated the bios to 0802 (not very newest). The bios does not show an option for vrm temp but the most recent version of AIDA64 does show the temp and it works normally. Go figure.
  12. Thanks for the info Fiery. I only asked because the bios screen for Temps shows a 1 temp for the PCH and 1 temp for PCIE Slot 1 not 2 for the PCH.
  13. Works great Fiery, thanks. One question though. There appears to be 2 entries in the sensor section for the PCH sensor. One says PCH and the other PCH Diode. I have never seen 2 for the PCH on any motherboard. Could it be that one of them could be for the PCIE Slot 1? If so which, and which is the correct entry for the PCH. I believe there is an entry in the BIOS for PCIE Slot 1 temps .Let me know and thanks as always.
