    /ˈbiɡətrē/
    noun
    noun: bigotry; plural noun: bigotries
    1. obstinate or unreasonable attachment to a belief, opinion, or faction, in particular prejudice against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular group.

Let me introduce myself somewhat. I was an upstanding and contributing forum member for quite some time. Much longer than COSTAJUNIOR. My forum name is new, yes. But I was banned by COSTAJUNIOR for no real reason other than stating an opinion and facts he didnt agree with.

COSTAJUNIOR is a great graphics artist. There is no question about that. But he is not a very good forum moderator. I can speak from experience. I was a moderator of a popular tech forum myself. There is some etiquette required to be a forum moderator. Etiquette that COSTAJUNIOR seems to lack. Part of that etiquette is the ability to agree to disagree. As well, serving the good of the forum, but not a personal agenda. Since a monetary value has been put on sensor panels, that agenda has moved to personal.

I have defended COSTAJUNIOR's standpoint on copy protection and have also defended other forum members use of resources from this thread. This thread is for sharing. That was the original premise of it. @Exhumedhad one of his panels presented on a popular Youtube channel. The site owner presented it as if it was his own. @Exhumedpointed this out in the youtube channel as well as this forum. Since then, forum some members started putting a monetary value on their panels. Some panels good, and some just copy and paste garbage. That is fine, but keep it elsewhere.

COSTAJUNIOR has used other peoples shared work and has posted it without prior permission or giving credit to original creator.

As a moderator, COSTAJUNIOR allows the use or modification of any forum member's original work........but will not allow the use his own shared files.

Up until there had been a monetary value put on sensor panels, there was no need for moderation in this thread.  COSTAJUNIOR's actions brought it forth.

Now lets go forward and let this thread explode even more!

I have taken a screenshot of this post. It will be forwarded to the ADULTS of the forum if this post deleted.

I don't intend to elaborate on my response; I'll be brief. If you've been banned from the forum, it's because you had your reasons. Please don't try to turn users against me. I'll repeat it once more: we won't tolerate shared projects without the proper authorization from the author, and this will result in a ban, as it has happened in the past.

Furthermore, I won't tolerate any personal attacks, especially coming from you. This will also result in a ban. Yes, the forum will be moderated in accordance with the established rules.

Yes, I have no problem sharing it if allowed. That is the whole point of this thread.

The design is mine. I used some gauges I found that were shared in this thread. Apparently the original gauges were designed by COSTAJUNIOR. I had no idea who made them. I just used them as he, myself, and others have. Had I known, I would have given credit.

With that said, I was hoping the original designer would have appreciated my creative variation of his gauges. So if he allows, I will.

As I mentioned in the previous topics, it is not authorized to make the file available. Anyone who shares the file for download will have the topic deleted along with the file and will receive an immediate ban. I hope you understood.

"This project was created by me and unfortunately, it was completely copied, with simple copy and paste actions. This resulted in the banning of the user who performed this copy, as well as others who supported this action at the time. As a consequence, the topic in question had its content edited and subsequently deleted. It's important to emphasize that copying someone else's project and distributing it as if it were your own is not allowed. I want to make it clear that from now on, anyone who commits this infraction will be banned without prior notice."

I never said it was my original. And no, I didnt copy your project. This was my project using elements found in this thread that were shared by others. Just as you and others have. I simply posted a pic of the panel I compiled from elements found in this forum thread.  Please dont turn this into a pissing match.

I would have given credit to original element creators had I known who they were.

This Sensor Panel thread is so convoluted, it is near impossible to determine who originally made what. Since the beginning of this thread, users have compiled and shared sensor panels. Some original and some with elements from several different panels submitted by others. This has encouraged others to attempt to make their own or to play around with sensor panels. This has been done since the very beginning of this thread, had been encouraged, and resulted with the popularity and explosive growth of this thread. It has encouraged others to be creative. Designing and submitting their own renditions of shared panels, or create original panels of their own.

I was looking thru the entire thread for ideas to make a new panel. If we examine this thread, you yourself have posted exactly what you are accusing me of doing, and nowhere did you ask permission to do so. So please get off your high horse and let this forum flourish. The Share Your Sensorpanel thread activity has dropped considerably since "new rules" implemented.

If I was charging a fee for this panel or claiming it is all my original work, that would be different. But I didnt.

Here is my suggestion. It is more than fair.

    1) Dont post sensor panel file unless willing to share.

    2) Post your panel knowing it can, and most likely will copied in some fashion.

    Simple.

If allowed and others would like to have it, I will share the sensor panel file.

First of all, I didn't say that it was you who copied and distributed without authorization; I said that the person who did that was banned, along with others who supported them. The forum rules have already been established, and there will be no changes or suggestions for now. The rules are there to be followed, and for those who are not yet aware, it's important to read them: sharing projects without the author's permission will result in a ban without prior notice.

    Read the Rules

    Help!

Maybe I am missing something, but when I download a 515X1920 Sensor Panel file and import it, it always enlarges to around 600x2400, so I resize it to the correct size 515x1920 and then all the text and graphs are misaligned, what am I doing wrong?

Any advice would be great, example below, obviously I cannot snip the whole screen on my main monitor as it is only 1440

Have you downloaded the font? Often, this happens because you haven't installed the font that was used in the sensor.

I tried it, but apparently my sensor panel and its resolution are not that used. :(

You also have the option to refer to all the previous pages. We have 442 pages. I'm sure you can find something with your resolution.

    My 1920 x 515 Starfield skin panels.

Starfield PC game is releasing soon so I create my Starfield skin panels. There are 2 different skins. One of them, the design is the same as my previous Division 2 skin. Both of them have a "Warning" lights and another panel has a Starfield watch at the center to tell the time, date and a 24 HR gauge. The watch design is base from the "Starfield Collector’s editions". The Starfield logo animation is using Wallpaper Engine.

You can pm me for the sensorpanel file you if you want. Hope you guys like it.

Congratulations on the project, it turned out amazing.

    Hi Costajunior .

Your panel is very nice but not available on your website.
Is it possible to put it online?

On the other hand, your "aidaskins" site is really well done and very easy to buy online.

    Best regards.

All the skins added above are now available for download on our website. Please access the link below to make the purchase.

I've downloaded several different .sensorpanel templates, all 600x1024, and every panel I import looks like the one bellow. Anyone have any idea what im doing wrong?

    Screenshot 2023-07-10 222906.png

Make sure your sensor panel size is set to 1920x480. Also that your font scaling is set to 100%.
It may be that the sensor sources were not made available along with the sensor.

  14. I ask everyone to pay attention to the rules of the post. Each sensor must be accompanied by its respective images.

New posts that do not follow the rules will be deleted without prior notice.

Therefore, please be mindful of the rules.

Same. In my case it seems like all the fonts are being increased and affecting the spacing so that things fail to line up. Not sure if it's the fact I use a 4k monitor but keep the font scaling at 125% in the Display properties so I can actually read the text. Not sure how to not have that affect SensorPanel if so.

It would be nice if someone who knows could chime in on this?
