I ran aida64 stress test and my igpu shows spikes in igpu usage in task manager. My system does not show the temperature and clock speed of my integrated video card, only video and memory usage. My processor's clocks, temps and usage are ok so I don't think it's throttling. So I want to know this is how the aida64 stress test works or is my igpu throttling? Such fluctuations are normal and it's because AIDA64 periodically has to pause the GPU stress test and restart it again to avoid causing problems about the video driver (Timeout Detection and Recovery delay).
