Hello everyone,

Can someone explain to me why Aida64 extreme detects only my hdd plug in USB and not the others. for temperature monitoring. I installed CrystalDiskinfo and it's the same, it only detects HDD in USB. My PC, I mounted it myself, did I do something wrong during the installation of Windows? If so, how can we remedy that without reinstalling the system. Is there a solution?

A big thank you in advance

I'm not quite sure if I understand the nature of the issue.  Can you please explain what storage devices (HDDs and SSDs) you have connected to your system, via what interface (motherboard SATA controller, motherboard M.2 slot, external USB case, etc), and whether thermal readout works on that device of yours or not.

Hello and thank you for your quick response.
Ok my problem is as follows:
I have 6 discs in my computer:

1* CT1000BX500SSD1 - SSD plug in SATA SATA 3

2*wdc wd30ezrx-00m - hdd plug in Sata interface SATA3

3*Seagate Firecuda 530 - SSD plug into M.2 Slot

4*WDC WD10ezex-00r - HDD plug in SATA interface SATA3

5*wdc wd20purz-85g - hdd plug in Sata interface SATA3

6*Samsung HM500JI  -- HDD in an external case with a
SATA 2 interface "JMicron Tech (7F833EEF5DC0)" Connect into USB

I can see on Aida64 extreme only the temperature of the HDD plug in USB "Samsung HM500JI"
And I don't see the temperature of other "HDD and SSD" !!!

Have a good day
