Just curious,  I know Aida 64 calculates cpu utilization differently than windows task manager does.  Why would Aida do it differently, is one way better?  I am sure there is a reason, like I said just wanted to know.

Actually Task Manager does it in a special way, not AIDA64.  Task Manager scales the actual CPU utilization values with Turbo Boost headroom.  If you disable Turbo Boost, you can see that the values will match between AIDA64 and Task Manager.  Previously Task Manager didn't do that, but Microsoft -- with their infinite wisdom -- figured it would be great to bend the truth :)

Yeh, you mentioned in other posts about turbo boost.  I have it disabled and it reports the Same as Aida.  But doesn’t turbo boost count for something Performance wise?
