Is there a way to save all my work ive done to the sensor panel, so it loads backup when i turn on the pc? thanks

Once you change anything about your SensorPanel, the work is saved to the AIDA64.INI file that you can find in AIDA64 installation folder.  You can backup that file if you need to save your work to a safe place.

.sensorpanel files can be imported directly into your SensorPanel layout.  Right-click on SensorPanel --> SensorPanel Manager --> Import.
