oOTheFinkOo
Hi I've got a Radeon HD7950, but Aida64 doesn't seem to want to pick up the Utilization (load) sensor Under load, I can see load figures using GPU-Z, but Aida64 stays at 0%. The temps align okay though. What am I doing wrong? Fiery
1) Have you tried it with the latest AIDA64 beta release? (v2.70.2267) 2) What version of AMD Catalyst driver do you have installed? 3) Can you please try it with AMD Catalyst 13.1 driver? (latest WHQL release) Thanks, Fiery
oOTheFinkOo
Thanks for the reply. Okay updated to latest AIDA64 beta release? (v2.70.2267) and also spotted that the AMD Catalyst driver was updated yesterday (!) so updated to 13.1 Unfortunately - same problem. Fiery
Thank you. While your video card is under load (not idling), please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Video Debug --> ATI GPU Registers. Copy-paste the results into this topic. Thanks, Fiery
Fiery
We've updated the GPU utilization measurement code of AIDA64 to better suit Radeon HD 7xxx cards. Make sure to upgrade to the latest stable version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/a64xe After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works
wojgp
I have a similar problem. When application uses GPU then I open AIDA64 and it shows correct values of GPU usage and temperature. When I stop applicatoin and real GPU usage decreases - then AIDA64 also shows decreasing of values. Unfortunately when application resumes GPU usage then AIDA64 stucks on decreased value and cannot read new. To fix I have to restart AIDA64. I use HD6990 and catalyst 13.1 under win7 64bit ultimate. Please kindly help.
