ok so for the last year i thought the AUX was my NB but that can't be right because i touched the NB earlier today and it was extremely hot and the sensor said it was only 6C so that has to be something else (maybe MOSFETS?) so pleas help me out

Your picture is showing that you are using Everest Ultimate Edition, which is now a discontinued product.

Try using the just released aida64 version 1.50 found here:

http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extreme150zip

Then, go to this page to upgrade your license:

After you have that all done, see what aida64 give you for readings.

Also, the temp for "CPU" seems to be extremely low given other temps listed in that screen shot.

I think both "CPU" and "Aux" temperature readings are invalid, and should be ignored. You can verify how many temperatures your motherboard can actually monitor, if you check the PC Health Status (or HW Monitor) page in the BIOS Setup.
