AIDA64 Extreme 7.50.7200 & 7.60.7300 don't show SensorPanel on Windows 11 24H2 (Asus TUF Gaming Z790-Plus WiFi D4 - Aura lighting effect add-on issue)

I had AIDA64 Extreme 7.50.7200 installed and then upgraded to AIDA64 Extreme 7.60.7300
From that point on I could no longer view my SensorPanel.
I went back to version 7.50.7200 and it still doesn't show up.
How do I resolve this issue?.

Have you tried to push the Reset Position button in AIDA64 / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / SensorPanel?

Yes. In fact, it was the first thing I did.
It still doesn't appear.

Does the Computer / Sensor page of AIDA64 work properly?  In case it also fails to load, then please let us know more about your computer, e.g. motherboard model, CPU type, video card model.

The program keeps scanning the sensors and nothing happens.
The standard SensorPanel does not appear either so I can import mine.
The sensors are activated.

Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI D4
Processor: Intel 12600KF
Memory: Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO 4x16GB
VGA: EVGA FTW2 GeForce 1080

Please navigate to the AIDA64 installation folder, and create a new text file there called ENABLE_HWMONINIT_LOG.TXT

Then start AIDA64, go to the Computer / Sensor page.  Wait 20 seconds, and then check if you can find a new file named LowLevelLog.txt on your Windows Desktop.  Please send us the file so we can see where the sensor scanning gets stuck on your computer.

Thank you!  Something's going south about detecting your memory modules.  In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D --> Sensor Debug --> SMBus Dump (Full). Attach the results as a TXT file to your post.

The SMBus on your motherboard seems to have gone haywire   Please try to do a system power down (shut down Windows, remove power from your PSU), start Windows, and check if it works then.

Hi ... i have just upgraded this morning from version AIDA64 7.50.7200 and i also now have the same problem ... can no longer get the sensorpanel to show ... tried what the other user did and same result ... it is not working anymore.

Motherboard: MSI MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI
Processor: Intel  i7-14700K
Memory: Corsair VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 2x16GB
Video: ASUS GeForce RTX-4070 Dual OC

Ok i Found the problem ...

The sensors infinite loop seemed to be caused by ...

It is maybe a combination of the new Aida64 Driver with the fact that drivers for Corsair iCUE and MSI RGB drivers needed to be updated for all this to be compatible together again.

1. Updated Corsair iCUE + it's drivers

2. Update MSI software + it's drivers

After that .. rebooted and Aida64 showed the SensorPanel

Hope this helps the developer and users

Have you tried to do a complete power-off of your computer as I advised above?

The problem occurs with AIDA64 and this ASUS Driver:

That is, version 7.60.7300 causes problems with this Driver, which means that the Motherboard Sensor is unable to display the AIDA64 SensorPanel on the screen.

In this case, the issue should be resolved from AIDA64.

To confirm that the Panel works, I'm leaving a current photo without the ASUS Driver installed:

Please help us find the driver or service that is installed when you have the Asus service "AURA lighting effect add-on" installed on your system.  In order to do so, please right-click on the following 3 pages of AIDA64 --> Copy All, and paste the results into a text file using Notepad.

- Operating System / Processes
- Operating System / System Drivers
- Operating System / Services

Please perform the copying of the content of those pages both with and without the Asus service "AURA lighting effect add-on" installed on your system.
