Zoork
Hello! Today i submit the next bug with aida64 and the brandnew Intel P67 Chipset. I use the Asus P8P67 Deluxe and the warning you can see in the attached picture. All drivers are installed, the warning about the embedded controller only comes up, when Aida64 is runing in the backround. Hope you can fix it! Thank you very much, Aida64 still the best monitoring program!
Fiery
I'm afraid there's nothing we can fix there. We use Embedded Controller (EC) direct access (via port I/O) to read DIMM voltage, VCCSA voltage, VCCIO voltage and CPU PLL voltage on Asus P8P67 Series motherboards. Windows fires an alert about the direct EC access, but we have no other method on hand to reach the EC Regards, Fiery
Zoork
Ok, thanks - but on my X58er Asus Board i have no problem with this issue - can you tell me why?
Fiery
Ok, thanks - but on my Asus X58er Asus Board i have no problem with this issue - can you tell me why? Asus X58 motherboards do not feature an Embedded Controller. Asus P55 boards and Asus P67 boards implement an EC.

Fiery
Ok, thanks a lot - a last question - have all P67 Boards this controllers but only Asus Boards? As far as we know, only Asus P67 boards implement an EC currently. But it may change in the future.
