Checki Posted Saturday at 04:27 PM Posted Saturday at 04:27 PM Hello Coming from hwinfo but trying Aida now, to populate my sensor LCD soon. Is there a way to activate sensors like VRM Temps or "Windows Errors" in Aida? Is there a reason why Aida has quite a few sensors less than hwinfo? Or did i miss some "expert" settings? Thank you! VRM temperature should be there already. If they're missing, please let us know what motherboard you've got. As for Windows Errors, so far we haven't seen a considerable demand about that, so we never thought about implementing them. As for other sensors, HWiNFO goes to some places that we tend to avoid venturing into, like using special low-level calls on Ryzen processors that AMD advised us to avoid doing in order to maintain system stability. Checki Posted Sunday at 07:16 AM Author Posted Sunday at 07:16 AM Ok that makes sense, i also prefer stability I have the ASUS B850 Tuf. I can see CPU, PCH (Chipset i guess), Motherboard, Memory, ... but not VRM. In hwinfo i see VRMs. Quote

We've added VRM temperature measurement for your motherboard in the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works. Quote
Checki Posted Sunday at 05:48 PM Author Posted Sunday at 05:48 PM Oh wow, that was quick. Amazing service! Yes now the sensor is there, thank you. May i add another question: I also tried "InfoPanel" and there the graphics are smoother. If you add bars or gauges, they dont instantly switch to the next graphic (lower or higher values), its just ... smoother, there is a transition. That makes the display look less nervous. Is there a setting in Aida or could you maybe add this in the future? Hope you understand what i mean, im not native english... : Quote

We currently have no plans to implement animations like that on the SensorPanel. Quote
