I haven't updated in a while, so i don't know how long its been like that. i downloaded 7.99.7809 beta from june and overwrote the current install and its back to working. Quote

Just make sure to use the latest AIDA64 beta build, and not the v7.70 stable release. Soon the confusion will be eliminated by discontinuing the old development channel and merging everything as the v8.00 stable release. Quote
