Thank in advance for your help It is sadly due to a firmware limitation of Turzx/Turing screens: when the layout you build is too complex, the rendered image can only be transferred in 2 chunks (2 steps). That causes flashing/blinking effect. If it bothers you too much, try to come up with a less complex layout, for example by using a simpler background image. Quote
PatrickP Posted January 29 Author Posted January 29 Just one last question, is this limitation related to the size of the elements composing the panel or their number have a good day Quote

I have the same panel, and it's not stopping the flashing. Whenever I load a background image, the left half of the panel flashes the old data permanently until I delete the image and blank the panel. It works with the proprietary software without any issues. It's a 1920 x 480 panel, Truzx 9.2". Also there seems to be some odd thing going on with the resolution. The company that sold me the panel says the resolution is 1920 x 462, but Aids says it's 1920 x 480. When I make a 480 picture, the top is slightly cut off. When I make a 462 image, the bottom has a few white lines of pixels. I'm a little confused. Is there anything I can do to correct this? Is there some information from the PC you need? You need to lower the complexity of the layout. In most cases simply by omitting or using a less fancy background image helps to mitigate the blinking issue. Quote

I've replied in your separate topic on this issue. Quote
