Squall Leonhart Posted February 17, 2011 Share Posted February 17, 2011 I left my computer on overnight and came back to it having only 800MB free, when i left it was around 1.5-2GB free. completely exiting aida64 freed back up to 1.8GB's. Fiery Posted February 17, 2011 Share Posted February 17, 2011 Can you please check what happens if you disable the GPU monitoring module? You can do that by right-clicking on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> HWMon Modules --> GPU. Please let it run for an hour or so, and note down the used physical memory by the AIDA64.EXE process before and after that test. In case it fixes the memory hogging issue, please let us know what video adapter(s) do you have in your system. BTW, you can enable and disable the individual HWMon modules "on-the-fly", you don't need to restart AIDA64 to experiment with enabling/disabling them.
