mn12
Hi, on my MB the fan speed readings stops when the rpm is lower than 380 this behavior is the same in all programs so this is a MB issue. I use PWM to control my CPU-fan that can go below 400 (Scythe) and when it does AIDA64 takes the readings from the chassis fan and displays it as the CPU fan speed. The first screenshot is AIDA, HWINFO32 and Speedfan and all 3 displays the 3 fan speeds correct (the polling interval is slightly off). The second screenshot shows that when the RPM of the CPU fan drops below 380 and the MB reports RPM 0 AIDO takes FAN1 and displays it as the CPU fan. In both pictures the chassis fan speed (FAN1) is constant at 430RPM. Hardware: MB: MSI P6N Platinum CPU: Q6600 Fans: Scythe, Arctic Cooling and Silverstone EDIT: I forgot the AIDA64 version: 1.20.1150 Regards Simon
