mpbrown2020
I had a Corsair H100i GTX (Asetek unit) cooler and when I exited CorsairLink it would show the coolant temp, fan speed, and pump speed in AIDA64 under sensors. I just upgraded to the H110i GT (CoolIT unit) and it no longer displays the info in AIDA64. Everything displays in corsairLink correctly. I was just wondering why it no longer displays the coolant temp, and fan speeds (Fan 1 & 2- because 2 fan controllers). The pump speed in displayed because I attached it to the pump header on ASUS Z170 Deluxe motherboard.
Fiery
Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Fiery
Thank you for the data. It seems your H110i GT device is connected via a Corsair Link controller. Please note that AIDA64 only supports water cooling devices connected directly to the motherboard via a USB header. AIDA64 doesn't support the Corsair Link framework. However, since you've mentioned that H110i GT uses a new protocol (CoolIT), I'm not sure if AIDA64 supports it already. It might need additional tweakings if you could connect it directly to your motherboard.
mpbrown2020
It is connected directly to the motherboard USB header via the USB cable that came with it. I have it hooked up the same way as the old H100iGTX was and the values were displayed in AIDA64
mpbrown2020
HWinfo64 and SIV both display the information also.
Fiery
I think the problem is that unlike the old H100i GTX, the new H110i GT integrates a Corsair Link controller device, and uses the Corsair Link framework instead of direct USB protocol. We'll have to check if it's possible to implement support for it without having to implement full Corsair Link framework support. But before that, we have to get a H110i GT device to check out how it works exactly. Please give us 1 or 2 weeks to get all that done. As soon as I have an update on this issue, I'll post a message into this topic. BTW, HWiNFO64 and SIV both support the Corsair Link framework. It is however not something that is supported by Corsair, nor does it work properly when Corsair's own Link software is running next to those software. The lack of Corsair Link SDK or any sort of technical/programming information from Corsair, and also the lack of synchronization in Corsair's own software make us reluctant to support Corsair Link in AIDA64. IMHO Corsair Link is a big mess that I personally would avoid -- but we may be forced to deal with it to support the latest generation Corsair water coolers... Fiery
We've implemented support for Corsair Link sensor devices (including Link Commander, Commander Mini, H80, H80i, H100, H100i, H100i GT, H110i, H110i GT, and various Corsair Link capable PSU models) in the latest AIDA64 Extreme beta update available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Please note that since Corsair's own Corsair Link software is not synchronized with any other monitoring software, it is very important to make sure it is closed, and also that its background service is not running. It's best if you completely uninstall the Corsair Link software. Due to the special precautions required to use the new Corsair Link feature of AIDA64, it is disabled by default. You have to go to AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability, and enable (check) Corsair Link sensor support to activate the new feature. Let us know how it works on your system. If you find any issues, please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> Corsair Link Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.
mpbrown2020
Works Great! Thank you for supporting it. Just one question, can the items be edited on the sensor page. It just says "Temperature #5" when it should be like "Coolant Temperature." Otherwise everything looks great. Again, I really appreciate your software and excellent customer service. Fiery
Thank you for the feedback. The labels on the Sensor page cannot be edited. But, most enthusiasts find the Sensor page less useful anyway, due to the way the information is laid out there when there are many sensor devices. So they go for OSD Panel or SensorPanel, where you can adjust and tweak everything
