nelsonhf
Hi, using the latest release (5.60.3700) and the latest beta (5.60.3748), AIDA64 reports that the MSI J1800I is running on Dual Channel when in fact there is only one SODIMM (4GB) installed as the following screenshots shows: EDIT: Found a similar thread regarding this issue: https://forums.aida64.com/topic/3240-fixed-bay-trail-m-active-memory-channels-lenovo-s20-30/ HWINFO64 latest release incorrectly reports as Dual Channel too. Fiery
Thank you. We've fixed the issue in the following new beta version of AIDA64 Extreme: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps.

I've tested with 5.00.3768 and the problem was fixed. Now it shows as Single Channel. Thanks and regards, Nelson K./Brazil
