I just bought Aida64 Extreme and after using it for a few minutes shuts down. Same happens to my CPU-Z program at the same time so I know its not Aida software but maybe my windows or hardware installed. Does anyone know whats going on? Is it a common problem with a easy fix? I researched online but I didn't find any solution. Thank you for your time.
Pd: Other programs like hwmonitor and Core Temp keep running normally.

Please let us know more about your system configuration.  Motherboard model, CPU type, video card(s) model, Windows version/build, AIDA64 version/build?
