I have bought new laptop and have found such mistakes in hardware details:

  1. CPU Type    QuadCore Intel Core i7-8550U, 4000 MHz (40 x 100)
    Min / Max CPU Multiplier    4x / 20x - have to be 8/40
  2. https://www.disctech.com/Seagate-ST1000LM035-1TB-SATA-Hard-Drive
    it has 128 Mb cache.

1) The multiplier range is supposed to show the non-Turbo values.

2) Most modern hard drives report a considerably lower value for buffer size in the ATA ID block than the real one.  If you scroll down on the Storage / ATA page, and check the section called Disk Device Physical Info, you should be able to find the correct buffer size of 128 MegaBytes there.
