Hidden root software....HELP!

I have a Samsung S9 and my phone came with some exercise offer on it and I need some help finding out what it is. It looks like it's a software program that I cant access I can only see the files and everyday some file automatically delete themselves and/or add data into the files. Here is a list of them....Is my phone hacked and being controlled remotely???
