MSI Gs75 Stealth overheating? Or thin laptop syndrome

Good afternoon AIDA64 team,

Included below are some benchmarks for the laptop I just bought from Best Buy. I have heard that MSI struggles with QC once in a while. My laptop is running a GeForce2070 with a 2.6Ghz processor. When I play most steam games like No Mans Sky or even an older game, I get max temps of 90ish. From what I gather, this is not a healthy temp for a computer.

Is this "Thin Laptop Syndrome" or should I get a return?

Thankful for whatever you can provide!

Such high temperatures are not normal for desktop computers, but mobile computers -- especially thin & light laptops -- have too little space inside the chassis to put the thermal levels down.  So for such mobile computers it's sadly normal to have over 80 Celsius operating temperatures.
