Guest Posted January 29, 2020 Share Posted January 29, 2020 This is with the new HP Spectre x360 13 (Ice Lake model, AW000 series). It comes with 16 GB of LPDDR4X RAM running at 3733. LPDDR4X RAM is BGA, and has no SPD chip attached to it. The memory information comes from DMI, and you can check it out on the Computer / DMI page in AIDA64.
