Undermoose
I have an ASRock Extreme7 Gen3 motherboard. It's working very well. I noticed an interesting thing the other day; Under Windows' Device Manager, System Devices, the "Intel® 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family Thermal Control - 1C24" device is not present at boot time, however after running AIDA64 the device appears in the System Devices list and stays there until the PC is rebooted again. Fiery
It's normal. On Intel chipsets AIDA64 may enable certain devices (like SMBus or thermal controllers) to let it read SPD memory module information or chipset/CPU sensor readings.
