HiSpeed
Hi, I'm trying to replace the Extrem Engineer 1.85.1600 version by the 2.00.1700 on several PCs. Unfortunately, a lot of sensors are no more recognized and I've been obliged return to the old version. The problem occurred with an old Asus P5E and a very old Asus A7N8X-E under XP-Pro-SP2. Is it a known issue?
Fiery
Kernel drivers have been revamped in AIDA64 v2.00, which means after upgrading to this new version you need to restart Windows to get the kernel drivers replaced. HiSpeed
OK, thanks ! That was because I always use .zip files... Hope the .exe file ask a reboot !?
Fiery
No, it won't ask for a reboot. But from now on, with the Automatic Update feature things will improve, since before the actual update takes place, AIDA64 will unload the kernel drivers to avoid such issues.
