Aida64 business bsod

I update my aida64 business and i go check temperature and after then when i close aida my pc is Blue Screen : PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.

What motherboard, CPU and video card do you have in your system?

I have the exact same problem. I built my pc new this week and everytime I close AIDA 64 Extreme Edition (Trial) I get a bluescreen with the exact same message. Even when I am not starting a stability test. 

Ryzen 5 3600, MSI B450-A PRO MAX, 16GB DDR4 Vengance 3200 Mhz, 550W PSU, RTX 2070

Hope someone can help me

If you have that anti-cheat software installed, then yes, it tends to collide with hardware monitoring software like AIDA64.

this crash has been misattributed to vanguard but its caused by kerneld.x64 drivers in aida64 builds newer than 5.99.4900, vanguard does not even turn up in the loaded modules (nor is it installed)

 

the vanguard crash occurs the moment you click the sensors page, not on close.
