You need to start and configure RTSS (Rivatuner Statistics Server) since that's the 3rd party software that provides FPS readings via the RTSS API for AIDA64. On itself, just AIDA64 alone cannot measure FPS at all, but can only take measurements from Fraps and RTSS and process it. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
