AIDA64 Extreme will not start after rebooting and I get the attached Windows 10 x64 system error message. Wanted the update for a new keyboard purchase support, how might I fix this scenario please? Try to uninstall it from Windows Settings, restart Windows, and install it from a fresh installation package: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xe Before doing so, make sure to backup your AIDA64 settings by backing up your AIDA64.INI file from the existing AIDA64 installation folder.
