Try to disable (uncheck) the following two options on the page AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability, and restart AIDA64 to apply the changes. Embedded Controller (EC) support Embedded Controller (EC) bank switching Let me know if it helps to get rid of the FPS drops while AIDA64 monitoring sensors. In those cases disabling EC support usually solves the issues. The only downside is that by disabling EC support you lose a few sensor readings that can only be measured using EC registers. By disabling the two EC related options are enough to get rid of the latency issues.

HazKov
play the game on full screen it helps a lot with the fps issues, make sure that you updated the GPU drivers and also clear the cashes. You can try to change the LCD display resolution.
