AIDA64 Extreme Edition problem (Realtek USB 3.0 card reader on/off)

Please create a Quick Report of the Devices / USB Devices page of AIDA64 (right-click on USB Devices in the left menu --> Quick Report --> Plain text), and copy-paste the full results into this topic. We'll use the data to filter out the USB ID of your card reader from the external disks enumeration. That will fix the on/off issues.

Thanks,

Fiery

  • 4 weeks later...

i have the same problem with my Silverstone FP37 USB 3.0 Cardreader.

Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at:

http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild2018px8g7jbrkyzip

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Let me know if it helps ;)
