saving wood
I purchase my G400 in 2016 it has been nothing but a problem, it start from day one. Dealer gave up trying to fix issue and the Manufacture is clueless on many of the issue I have had ( If you can not fix it yourself your screw) . The manufacture has a high turn over of service personal so you will be working with someone and then you never heard back so you would have to call them back and ask for the person (OH he is no longer with the company) Good luck fixing this boiler (not you can not get parts from Canada) However it will save you a lot of wood because it is always broke down....... I'm confused: is your issue related to AIDA64 at all?
sytim
I have had my G400 since 2017 with no problems whatsoever. It is a simple stove to keep running. What is the problem your having? I have always found the service from the factory very responsive and they the second mile to make sure you are serviced. I'm dealing with the same people I started dealing with except for new employees added - but the old people are still there as well. I don't know what being in Canada has to do with anything - any part can be shipped from USA or Canada.
