Samsung 830 SSD no longer shows in Hardware Monitoring (ASRock X79 Extreme9)

1) Which Samsung SSD do you have?

2) What motherboard do you have?

3) Do you have any RAID arrays defined?

4) Do you have Intel RST or RST Enterprise drivers installed? If yes, then which version of it?

Make sure to have the latest WHQL Intel RST Enterprise driver installed, and use the latest AIDA64 beta release available at:


After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Also, make sure to have the options RAID member enumeration and RAID SMART support both enabled in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability.
