This is the only benchmark that causes a crash, all others under benchmark are fine. System is Windows 10, Asrock B560M Steel Legend, i3-10100f, DDR4-3200 and GTX 1660 Ti. Nothing is overclocked, all stock. DDR4-3200 is using XMP settings. AIDA64 version 6.32.5600, I cannot upgrade without renewal.

What kind of crash is it?  Does AIDA64 throw an exception?  Does Windows throw a BSoD?  Does your computer lock up?  Does your computer restart suddenly?
