hi

I've had a strange issue not too long ago. After booting the computer, the AIDA64 program works normally, but the sensor tab does not work normally, and the message "sensor information sensing" continues to appear indefinitely. I tried to download a new program after completely erasing it from my computer, but it didn't go away. How can I solve this problem? please refer to the log and image below.

Try to disable the option DIMM thermal sensor support in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability. Let me know if it helps.

Hi.

[First of all, I replied by using it as an AI translator.]

I'm sorry for the late reply.
The DIMM thermal sensor support function was turned off from the beginning.
I turned on and off the related functions arbitrarily, but the problem was not solved.
I will attach the image related to the stability function below.

Is there a possibility that other programs in use will interfere?
I will attach the startup program I am using to the image below.
Some of them were marked in Korean and modified the image to translate.

It's quite a tough one since many things could go south in the very complex sensor module of AIDA64 :( Please try to disable GPU sensor support on the Stability page as well.  If it doesn't help, then we will need to disable some more to find the culprit.  Thank you for your patience about this issue.

hi

Thanks for the reply. I turned off the function.
The problem has not been solved yet. And the log is the same as the image below.
