baseus
It seems using AIDA64 Extreme v6.33.5700 on Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet Gen 3 causes a freeze on Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology (Intel(R) SST) Audio Controller. This results in loss of audio, and a restart of driver becomes mandatory to restore audio output. It is very likely triggered by going into motherboard/chipset and/or Sensor tabs. Please try to issue a SMBus Dump and check if it makes the audio go away. To do that, right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> SMBus Dump (Full). In case it triggers the audio issues, please copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. In case it doesn't trigger audio issues, then right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. In case it triggers the audio issues, please copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. If not, let us know and we'll keep digging deeper Thanks, Fiery
baseus
Thanks Fiery. Both SMBus and ISA Sensor Dump did not trigger. Although problem with the Intel SST driver still randomly replicates with v6.60.5900 smbusdump_full.txt isasensordump.txt
baseus
This still persists. Any ideas @Fiery?
