Thanks for Help Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. LG25 Posted July 10, 2023 Share Posted July 10, 2023 I tried the beta version, I've tried disabling ULPS, but I still cant get clock speed, mem speed or usage. I've tried everything I can think of.
