No reply to my refund requests

Unfortunately I find that AIDA64 isn't suitable for my requirements and I need to take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee:

FinalWire offers a 30-day 100% money back guarantee on all product purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with our products or our customer service, you may want to request a full refund. To do so, simply submit your request along with your order details to FinalWire Customer Service within 30 days of your purchase.

I have submitted 2 different support tickets requesting a refund and have had no response whatsoever from FinalWire.

Do FinalWire actually honour their guarantee?  What do I need to do to get a refund please?
