ok so if i disconnect the ethernet cable from the router, My PC w/ Aida64 wont have Internet, but I can still check the PC IP Address, leave Aida64 running, and use remote sensor on my laptop(Connected to no internet Wifi) and use remote sensor that way??

im confused, how can I get it to work without internet? WIFI wont work unless you have a router with Ethernet cable and an active internet connection for that Ethernet cable?? If I unplug my ethernet cable on the computer I have Aida64 on, I cannot access the remote sensor on my laptop

Yea like that but instead of using Wifi it uses Bluetooth, Seems like it would be much easier to use, no port issues, no internet required, etc

Has anyone ever thought of being able to use sensor panel over bluetooth? I think it would be pretty cool as most devices have bluetooth.

Would my phone technically be the router ? So would I open port 8080 on my phone, and use a forwarding app to forward from Port 8080 to port 80?

But no router is involved when I use a phone tethered as my Internet ? Would the process still be the same ?

I figured id start my own topic since this may be off topic from the original sensor thread. I live in the country where no high speed is available so I use my 4G Internet Phone to tether to play games online, and I wanted to use this to monitor the temps on my tablet while I play on the PC. I am not really sure where to start, I tried changing port from 80 to 8080 or 8081 and also disabled the firewall on my PC(which ill be gaming on) and my tablet(used to monitor temps via Remote Sensor). I got my IP addy from cmd/ipconfig and compared it to the Aida64 Summary and it matched, but it doesnt work just to type in the address on the tablet. Can someone help me figure this out? This would be amazing if it could work out! Thanks

Can someone post their templates up in this forum or are they post somewhere else? I see a few but are there anyone else who are willing to share? I would love to be able to use Logitechs Arx template for the Remote Sensor so I can access it via IP address!

I want to get an external LCD to display AIDA64 info and was wondering if this picture frame is supported? NIX 8 inch Hi-Res Digital Photo Frame with Motion Sensor (X08D) if not, is there a cheap one that is easily found on amazon.com that would work or something else you recommend? I saw in other threads that you said Hi-Res was nice to have. Currently use my G510s LCD which works fine, so not looking for anything to fancy. Thanks
