Error ID: 15 on ASUS Sabertooth 990FX rev. 2.0

New comp (custom build, clean insttall of Windows 7 Home Prem x64. I did not get this error until installing AIDA64 Extreme .260.2100.

It only happens on reboot or cold boot. I don't know if it's just a stability setting, I left them all at defaults...and motherboard has successfully been updated to latest bios.

OS is installed on the 300GB SATA II Velociraptor, plugged into a SATA III port...no errors or warnings in Device Manager > Show Hidden Devices either.

No ASUS software installed except drivers, no RAID, no overclocking...yet, no other problems with AIDA64.

Any help or solution woulld be appreciated....great product, btw :)
