BigBoss
Hi to all, i have bought yesterday AIDA 64 EE only for use it on my Logitech G19 heyboard to monitor all of my pc. But after two hours of use I had the first blue screen with immediate restart of the PC, but I was not able to read the error message. All this has happened twice, now I'll try to disable automatic restart in order to post the error message, in the maintime anyone has any suggestions for me,please? Before installing AIDA64 all this was going on, the PC was super stable with no errors... I have read another post with an asus mb and I also try to uninstall the Asus Rog Utility or?? Thanks a lot to all

Fiery
The issue may be that latest Intel RSTe drivers tend to go crazy after a while if a software polls SMART information (that includes HDD/SSD temperature readings) via driver calls. AIDA64 uses such RSTe driver calls to gain access to individual member drives of RAID arrays. First of all, make sure upgrade to AIDA64 v2.70 (latest release), then disable both RAID options in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability, restart AIDA64, and try to run it for several hours. Let us know if it helps. Thanks, Fiery

Fiery
On your motherboard it may be best to leave that option disabled (not checked).

Fiery
We've implemented a fix for the Intel RAID array enumeration the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild2208x6wkg7ntyhzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps to get rid of the BSoD issues

criskoe
Hey BigBoss did your problem get resolved? Are you still getting bsod? Ive been using Aida fine for long time but just got a logitch g19 and have noticed crashes since. I aswell have a rampage iv. Trying to pin point the culprit. Only changes to pc since crashes started was a new adata 32gb usb 3.0 thumb drive, a 7 port dlink usb 2.0 hub, and a logitech g19 keyboard. Computer crashes after being left unattended for a while. sometimes it will happen after 2 hours sometimes it takes 10 hours of no use.
