13900k cpu froze main window of aida while testing

Hi, I noticed when I test 13900K in stability test it froze whole window of aida while testing. I have another PC with 10900K and with that CPU while testing everything is working normal.

Is it just me with this problem or ?

Does it happen when you uncheck the subtest about system memory stressing?
