Fiery
When you say "render mode", what exactly are you looking for? Screen resolution and bit depth perhaps? Thanks, Fiery
The Mac
no like dx9, dx10, dx10.1, dx11, dx11.1, ogl, etc just the dx version in use of the current 3d app. a lot of games have multiple modes, it would be nice to see if you are in the expected mode. Fiery
Do you know a software that can display that info? I'm not entirely sure it can be detected, at least for Direct3D...
Squall Leonhart
the RT OSD server can detect the currently used directx version.
The Mac
Any luck with this? Radeon Pro can display it, and i think Afterburner can as well.
Fiery
We've checked it, and it would require D3D hooking, which is also required for full-screen OSD and FPS measurement BTW. We currently have no plans to deal with D3D hooking I'm afraid
