Go here and see if you can find an option that works with your display The first step is to enable our external display in AIDA64 by selecting the device in File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / LCD.

In that case you don't need a USB device driver or any special tricks. If it fails to appear as a secondary monitor in Windows, then most likely it's faulty and you should return it (RMA).

beada
The device is a DisplayPort screen. Your graphics card or mainboard should have a USB Type C port with DisplayPort feature. And then it will work as a secondary monitor as soon as you plugin it. You can refer to this page for more info-->https://www.displayport.org/displayport-over-usb-c/

ebi
tnks.. but i think that is no reason for my problem becouse i see people use device like it ( type-c) via normal usb and never support DisplayPort over Type-C on this graphic or motherboard https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005538830549.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.main.1.cd3b726abjVvtc&algo_pvid=24fe441c-494c-4e38-b2e9-6a730c4bff85&algo_exp_id=24fe441c-494c-4e38-b2e9-6a730c4bff85-0&pdp_npi=4%40dis!EUR!73.68!68.56!!!77.48!72.10!%402103080f17150967387912568e0fec!12000033609250503!sea!AT!0!AB&curPageLogUid=smkYTDcy28Ja&utparam-url=scene%3Asearch|query_from%3A&gatewayAdapt=glo2bra
Nom
@ebi this monitor is not a USB device - it's a display. Like any other normal monitor. It will only work when it's sent a video signal over the USB input - this is how you can see it working on your phone. It's not going to work from your ASUS Motherboard because that board does not have a USB C video output. It only has an HDMI Port and a DisplayPort. You'll need to use one of these - https://www.amazon.com/WJESOG-DisplayPort-Adapter-Converter-Support/dp/B0BNX7MS6N/ - to convert your DisplayPort video output, into a USB C video output. See - https://dancharblog.wordpress.com/2020/05/10/bi-directional-usbc-dp-cables/ - for more information. Alternatively, you can buy a Graphics Card that has a USB C output, like this one - https://www.newegg.com/powercolor-radeon-rx-7900-xt-rx7900xt-20gb/p/N82E16814131813R
