AIDA64 V7.50 Asus Ryujin III blank screen problem

As topic , can't get the system monitor to appear on the AIO screen  - Asus Ryujin III 360 extreme, just shows a blank screen , steps taken : 
 

• Uninstalled Armoury Crate, Reinstalled AIDA64
• Double checking Asus is selected in the prefrences section -  'ROG AIO Init OK (DLL version 0.0.1.3)'
• Changed motherboards from a taichi lite b650e to Asus B850-F
• Contacted Asus support & Rog forums ( sent here)

Since we rely on Asus' own ROG AIO SDK module, we cannot fix such issues from our end.  Asus' ROG team has to work on this issue, the bug is in their SDK module I'm afraid.

Thanks for your response Fiery, so that rules out a faulty AIO. I guess i have to wait for asus to implement a fix for the next version of AIDA64.

Well, no, it doesn't rule our a hardware flaw.  It can either be a software issue, firmware issue or hardware issue.

I could never get AIDA64 to affect Asus Ryujin III in any way. i tried again tonight, hoping some update may have resolved the issue. 

sigh.. the device is sweet. but the AID64 is rubbish with it.

In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post.

OK, i just opened a ticket with ASUS for the same issue thought it was something I was doing wrong, Armory Crate works just fine but each time I tick OFF the display, the screen goes dark, then when I enable Aida64 it lites up in that whitish glow and displays nothing. I have a case number for this issue.

Correctomundo, looking at the lianLI one but then back to Lconnect, my entire premise was NO Armory Crate no crapola just Aida64 and SignalRGB

this is EXACTLY what mine is doing.

I had the same issue.   I was trying to run AIDA64 without Armory Crate installed, but it seems it was required in my case, with the LCD screen switched off within Armory Crate.  

Even with both AC and AIDA64 installed and the LCD switched off in AC, AIDA64 was still unable to display on the LCD until I found the option to upgrade the AIO's firmware.   I am now on firmware version 0108 and AIDA64 is able to display on the LCD panel.

The last mystery I'm trying to solve is why AIDA64 dies after about 90 minutes, requiring an End Task and reload.
I'm going through the stability options and testing them one-by-one each time, so it's a slow process.   Wish there was a log somewhere that would say what the error was or what the operation AIDA64 was attempting before it bombs out.

How did you see update in Firmware via Armory Crate?

i found Armory Crate Full installer and only doing the specific Module for ROG Extreme III see what happens.  Also did you ever find any Sensor Panels, their installer only provided 2?

Like everything in AC it's all over the place.  It's not in the "Update Center" tab under Settings, instead it's in the "FW & SW Download" tab of the actual Ryujin device page.  

Mine is not the Extreme though, so will probably be a different version to yours and probably not helpful.

I did my own, happy to share but my build is orange so probably won't suit a lot of builds.

I did the firmware Update still blank screen, I still have a ticket open with aSUS and they asked me to do latest firmware which is the 2/17/2025 and it still didn't fix the issue.

Based on that dump, the USB device for your Ryujin III Extreme display looks fine.  That doesn't mean much though, since it doesn't mean the device is fully operational.

works with the Armory Crate but soon as I "Turn off Display" then enable Aida64 it goes to that blank but lit Screen with no data. so Close to making it work, they did update something on 2/17/2025 but I see no difference.  Also, I can't find anyone who Says it Does work, and not that many say it does not work. We can't be the only few people trying to get this working. I would expect a little more news about all this. 

I mean ROG went through a lot of trouble to get this software even has their Icon on it

OK I am back and forth with emails from Asus and each time they ping me to get a new firmware, Today I got their latest one and I can confirm the Aida64 is Working for me the 1st time.  OK wow so they didn't just ignore me, but I have to admit I could not be the only one complaining. 
Now what is the size of this panel LOL and where can I get a few more for extra pages ?

I'm glad your issue got resolved.  The ROG Ryujin III Extreme display is 640x480 pixels.

Wow, Dudleydogg, this is awesome! I’ve got it working. A couple of things I’ve noticed:

• The FPS is locked to whatever the desktop is running, and loading a game keeps it locked instead of dynamically adjusting based on real-time FPS.
• It reads whichever monitor is set as the "primary monitor," and I couldn’t find a way to switch it to my gaming screen unless I duplicated the display in Windows or set that monitor as the primary—but even then, it still locks to the desktop FPS.
