Thank you for your feedback. I forgot to mention that the grid density value (in pixels) will not scale with DPI. This is a deliberate choice on our part to offer one-pixel precision grid display. 2 Quote

You can activate it from the right-click context menu on the SensorPanel, or by pressing Ctrl+G on the SensorPanel. You can adjust the properties of the grid in the right-click context menu on the SensorPanel Quote

You guys Rock!! Now as everything is working and all the great ideas are implemented, can we tweak this setting a bit. Can we add two sections (as lot of space is available): 1 section handles 1 px > 5 px > 10 px > 20 px like earlier And 2nd section handles 50 px > 100 px > 200 px like shown below This way we will have control over small and larger placements and this will also address the following concern raised by @Loyd Sorry for so many requests Please check and let us know if this request can be implemented! Loyd Posted May 25 Posted May 25 Where does the grid configure table show? nothing appears and it acts like there is a modify screen open but I cannot find it Quote

We'll fix that issue in the next AIDA64 beta update. Quote

Quite frankly, I'd prefer to find a solution without using 2 such navigation blocks. IMHO two seemingly similar blocks would confuse novice SensorPanel users as well as would make keyboard based navigation requiring an unnecessary learning curve. Instead, how about a right-click menu on the pixel selection button where you can easily choose you preferred stride? If you reckon that would work, please provide us a comprehensive list of stride variations to include in the list. Would e.g. 1px, 5px, 10px, 20px, 50px, 100px, 150px, 200px be sufficient? 2 Quote

Keyboard-based navigation (Alt+arrow key) is very useful for me, so please don't ever remove it😊. To me, using 2 navigation blocks can be confusing, I might select the wrong block. Often, I over-clicked the pixel selection button twice and I have to click it all over again😤, so it is a great idea to have a right-click menu to select the pixel I want, once. I prefer the right-click menu instead of clicking the px button repeatedly. For me, 1px, 5px, 10px, 20px, 50px, and 100px is sufficient for me. I vote for having a right-click menu to select the px stride, please😊. Thank you. 1 Quote

We definitely don't wanna remove the keyboard navigation, especially because we're investing more and more energy into improving the accessibility aspects of AIDA64. Right-click context menu is coming your way in the next build Related to that: do you guys think we should do away with the normal click (left-click) behavior and display the context menu with left click too? It would mean that you couldn't cycle through the various strides, but instead would always have to use the drop-down menu to select the stride. 1 Quote

I strongly support adding a right-click menu to select the pixel stride - it's cleaner and more user-friendly. Additionally, I also vote for showing the pixel stride menu/drop-down even on left-click, so users have flexible and consistent access to the setting. Quote

If yes, please go for it. Will the directional and pixel buttons will be removed? I have no issues with that but I can't say for new users, they might not know about the Alt-arrow key to move the items. Is it possible to retain them? Edited Tuesday at 02:11 PM by BHSY Quote

Is it possible to retain them? No, what I meant is to do away with the current way of switching between pixel strides: you currently left-click on the "1 px" (or "2 px", etc) button in the SensorPanel Manager to cycle through the pixel stride options. We can either keep that behavior and add a right-click context menu, or simply get rid of the cycling through pixel strides with left-click and instead show the context menu when you do a left-click (instead of right-click). I see, I get it now. Yes, get rid of the left-click to cycle between pixel strides and use the drop-down menu to select the px. If you can, please also add a shortcut px selection on the context menu too. Thanks. 1 Quote
