Issue with AIDA FPS sensor

Hello @Mice007,

I apologise for bringing this up again.

I previously reported an issue with the AIDA FPS sensor in the "Issue with GPU Hotspot Sensor Import" thread. I probably should have created a separate report for this issue. Has a fix been identified yet?

It appears that @JariKoi may be experiencing the same problem. While RTSS serves as a temporary workaround, we would prefer to continue using the AIDA FPS sensor directly without having to rely on additional applications.

At the moment, I am still unable to obtain any FPS readings from Control Resonance, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, and The Division 2 games using the AIDA FPS sensor.

Thank you for taking the time to look into this.

Please update to latest beta version, we have implemented some changes and fixes of how AIDAFPS handles its sessions and different scenarios. Let me know what you experience with it.

@Mice007 @JariKoi,

I updated AIDA64 to version 8.40.8518 using the "Check for Updates" option in the program menu. However, the AIDA FPS sensor was still not working, even after restarting the system.

I then manually downloaded the portable ZIP package, removed the old AIDA64 folder, and extracted the new version. After doing that, I was able to read the AIDA FPS sensor again.

I tested it with both Tom Clancy's The Division 2 and Control: Resonance, and the AIDA FPS reading is now working correctly in both games.

Thank you so much for the fix!🙏

Great, thanks for the feedback. Probably the DLL was stuck when you tried to update. Post in this topic if you experience any issues with this version.
