tistou77
Hello Why change the "CPU package temperature" in the latest beta (Haswell-E)It is much higher than before. And does not correspond with the temperature in the bios. With previous beta, it was good Thanks
Fiery
Previous AIDA64 versions weren't able to measure the CPU package temperature on Haswell-E at all. Can you show a screen shot where it could measure it? Please do not mix "CPU" and "CPU Package" temperatures, they come from very different sources. Regards, Fiery
tistou77
Indeed, it was perhaps the CPU (not CPU Package) What can it be used "CPU Package" (the usefulness of this temperature)? Thanks
Fiery
CPU Package is measured by the CPU itself, so in theory it should be the most accurate reading among various CPU-related temperature readouts.
tistou77
Ok, thank youThe CPU package indicates a temperature of over 10°C with respect to the CPU and Cores.
