Replace "FPU VP8" to HEVC

Hello,

"FPU VP8" benchmark is very strange and do not scale on multi-core systems.

May be replace it to a more common HEVC encoding?

HEVC would require licensing, so it's out of question for us.  We've checked VP9, but it isn't suitable for integration into our existing line of benchmarks.  AV1 may well become something we can replace VP8 with, but it's not finalized yet.

unlike x265, uvg266 scales very well to the number of cores:
