tistou77
Hello With the last beta, the temperature of M2 has changed (960 EVO, eg)It is now the temperature of the memory controller that is indicated Drive Temperature 1: Memory temperature Drive Temperature 2 : Memory Controller temperatureIt's better to have this temperature rather than the "memory" ? Thanks

IMHO no matter what component of the SSD the thermal reading is coming from, if it's higher than the rest, that's the one that is the critical temperature reading and so it should be considered the drive temperature. It seems that is the temperature of the controller that triggers the trottle, indeed
tistou77
In the changelog, I saw this removed: NVMe SSD temperature is now the highest temperature sensor reading Now, it's as before ?

Yes, we've rolled back that change, after getting a few feedbacks and also doing some research. It's best to keep the primary thermal reading as the relevant temperature reading for the SSD, and have the rest as alternative readings that may or may not reflect the thermal state of the memory chips or other components of the SSD.
